Location

The Northcentral Area Health Education Center (AHEC) is headquartered in Wellsboro, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. This center serves communities in ten northcentral Pennsylvania counties. Eight of these communities - Clinton, Columbia, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Tioga and Union - are rural. The other two - Lycoming and Centre - are urban.
